Delicious and aromatic herbal tea is an excellent companion during cold evenings! The tea contains plenty of raspberry leaves, which support digestion and give the drink a pleasant flavour. A cup of hot tea with a small spoonful of honey warms the body and provides a delightful refreshment.

If you feel chilly or have caught a cold, crawl under a warm blanket and drink plenty of tea. Recipe recommendation for adults: adding honey and 2-5 cl red wine, dark rum, or herb liqueur to the tea gives it a great twist.

Gro-Grokk herbal tea ingredients: raspberry leaf and stems (Rubus idaeus) 44%, freeze-dried blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum), rose hip (Rosa canina).

Brew Instructions:

Place the tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water on top.

Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

Directions: take 3–5 cups a day.
Storage: store in a dry place, away from direct light and strong odours.
