Powerful Woman herbal tea ingredients: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), spearmint (Mentha spicata), blackcurrant leaf (Ribes nigrum), nettle (Urtica dioica) 17%, freeze-dried strawberry (Fragaria ananassa), hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) 17%.

Brew Instructions:

Place the tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water on top.

Let the tea brew for 7-10 minutes.

Directions: take 3–5 cups a day.
Storage: store in a dry place, away from direct light and strong odours.
